    Never seen that issue before.

Could you try and set up your form in the form tester https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/form-tester/ and see if the issue appears there as well?

If the form works in the form tester, I suspect some kind of conflict with your theme or another plugin. Could you please follow these steps and let me know what you find? https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/docs/troubleshooting/does-not-work-with-a-third-party-theme-or-plugin/

    Thanks for responding.

I believe the form worked on the test site I received a “Email Preview” message in green font with a preview of the message.

However, the form is still not working. I deactivated all the plugins and changed themes except for CF7 and conditional fields and still get the error. The form will not post.

What do you think would be the best next steps?

Your server returns this additional information:

Generally a 406 error is caused because a request has been blocked by Mod Security. If you believe that your request has been blocked by mistake please contact the web site owner.

Could you try and contact your hosting company and check if they can add an exception to their firewall?

Mod-Security was the problem, I disabled for now until I can find a way to create and exception.

    Thank you

Contacted the hosting company they were able to exclude several rules (4 total) to allow the form to process with mod security enabled. Thank you for your help.
