Post-Abandonment Email Trigger

    Hi – I’ve setup WP SendGrid to send out emails for my site and am having success with all emails (Contact Us, Orders, etc) except for the Abandoned Cart triggered email. I have confirmed that the test email from the Email Templates > Edit page does successfully send and have an email configured to send 1 hour after an abandoned cart, along with abandoned carts to be tracked 1 minute after an order is placed.

    Further, I do see abandoned carts being tracked from the first tab of the plugin, but no email is ever sent out to the end user. The email template I have setup is marked as active and, as far as I can tell, should be working. Would really appreciate any advice on how to get this working!

    We have replicated the email sending issue with wp send grid plugin on our staging server.

    We will look into the issue on our server and fix it. I will get back to you on the same ASAP.
