Post and header display

Hi guys,

I’m a bit of a newbie here at ww.wp.xz.cn and was hoping to get your help with a couple of things.

My blog URL is feastplaylove.me and I’ve just installed a child’s theme on my blog.

My questions:

1. Posts are displaying in full – I’d prefer them to display as an image and contain a link for readers to expand the article.
2. I’d also like to move the comment counter to underneath the article text – is this possible?
3. Is there a way to centre the header?

Any and all tips much appreciated.
