Usually, the post button appears when you click inside the text box to type, but it doesn’t anymore with this plugin activated.

This plugin appears to conflict with buddypress.js which is what controls the JQuery(animations and behavior) for the activity post form , I had to deactivate because it was causing a number of unusual behavior

I am working on new version and it’s will be fixed soon.
As @tafmakura said, it’s javascript issue.
