Post by Keyword

Hi,

I have seen in some sites that their post automatically created by a particular keyword. Suppose I wanna write a post which is to be include the specific keyword of another posts.. So post title will be ‘example.com/keyword/work

and the page or post is the togetherness of all posts having keyword ‘work’ in them.

How can I do that, using twenty ten theme.
