Post Categories in Primary Menu Causing Error

    Hello WordPress Forum!

    I’m looking for support with a strange error that is occurring with my website’s Primary Menu. I recently added direct links to post categories under the Blog menu item. However, instead of appearing like a regular drop down item, like under the Services menu item, a large white box pops up when you hover over Blog and it does not hyperlink to anywhere.

    Has anyone seen this occur and know what I may be doing wrong or how to resolve it?

    Below is a quick video to see what the correct dropdowns look like vs the Blog drop down that is not working.

    I’ve tried adding the categories as both Custom URL menu items and regular menu items and both options produced the same error.
