I’m sorry to be late with the reply.
By default, attachment is not required when leaving a comment. You can change it with the parameter “Is attachment required?” in “Settings -> DCO Comment Attachment” section.

I want the text ‘thoughts about’ change to comments.. i have tried to change the text in loco translate but it does’nt work.. do you now how to do this?

There is no string “thoughts about” in the DCO Comment Attachment plugin. Perhaps this string relates to your theme? Try contacting your theme support.
