You don’t need to pay for help, we offer free support here in the forums as well as via email. 🙂
There are different ways to control the way your Publicized posts look like on Facebook.
First, you can customize the message that’s displayed above the link thanks to the Publicize box appearing right above the Publish button in the post editor. If you enter a custom message there, it will replace the automated excerpt that appears on Facebook.
You can also customize the post preview that appears below the link; if you add a Featured Image to your post or an excerpt, all through the post editor, this will change the look of the post preview.
I hope this clarifies things a bit. Let me know if you have more questions!

Hello, thanks for reply.
I know that I can edit custom content in Publicize box. But can I set some template for this feature? I down’t want to force users to set addition options(in this case the publicize content), I would like to set this content automatically according to previously made template. Is is possible?
I’m afraid that’s not possible right now, but it’s something we’ll definitely consider whenever we iterate on the Publicize module in Jetpack.
We’re tracking similar suggestions in this GitHub issue:

Thanks for the feedback!
