post count limit for category

    hi, please help

    how to publish post from two or more categories? For example, settings:
    Auto Post Schedule
    1 hour
    Limit check to posts in these Categories:
    Dogs
    Cats
    Number of Posts
    2
    Max Posts per Day
    0

    Auto Post Scheduler publishes 2 records from “Dogs”. But we expected 1 “Саts” and 1 “Dogs” posts.
    How to set a record limit on a category?
    For example, settings:
    Limit count to posts in these Categories:
    Cats 1
    Dogs 1

    Hello the WordPress query for posts does not work that way. It will select 2 random posts from Dogs or Cats so they may both be from the same category.

    I will see how I can add this type of feature in a future update.
