Steps to Change Date Format in WordPress:

    2. Navigate to General Settings
      • In the left sidebar, click on Settings > General.
    3. Locate the Date Format Section
      • Scroll down to the Date Format section.
      • You will see several predefined formats. Choose one of these formats by clicking the corresponding radio button.
    4. Custom Date Format (Optional)
      • If none of the predefined formats suit your needs, you can create a custom format:
        • Use the Custom field and enter your desired format (e.g., F j, Y for “January 1, 2025”).
        • Refer to the PHP date format reference for details on the available formatting options.
    5. Save Changes
      • Once you’ve selected or entered the format, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.

Hi, many thanks – it is clear so far – but in the posts, the date is shown a little bit different -> please see link http://www.vladimirvondruska.cz/graphic4.jpg
So I thought the format for posts is set somewhere else … any idea how to control to get e.g. 12. 1. 2025, how it is set in General setting?
    Have a nice day!
