I think I understand the issue, at present we have only offered the page and post duplicate option for only administrator and editor. But as you are facing problem and need to provide this option to your clients, I can assure you that we will bring this feature in upcoming week. Maybe in upcoming sunday or monday.

Please update WP Adminify plugin and check it now. We have resolved the issue. Now all user role will get the adminify clone option to duplicate post or page who has the ability to create and edit post.
