Hello, you have put the width and height to 18px for the entries. Go to Blog > Blog Entries and add another width and height.

that did it thank you so much, I set it to 300×300 not sure if thats recommended but it works better
how can I make it so that it shows full quality, ( I know it wont be noticeable with this current pictures but we are upgrading all the posts, so in future it be nice to show full quality

Yes, you can add the size you want 🙂
As the size is more than 300px, I would recommend 320x320px.
For the video, yes of course.

its all working great
one last thing is there a way to add a signature ( name ) on the about me widget on the sidebar.
like a .png file that instead of just a typed name I could add a png file.
