• Hi All!

I want to report this problem.
My site is updated to WordPress version 6.7.1, I use the latest version of the Neve Pro theme.

I added in my home page the “post grid”: if I disable Litespeed it works fine while there is no way to make it accept the CSS / aesthetic appearance I want if I enable it.

I’ve already tried regenerating the cache, using Elementor’s tool to recreate CSS, Essential addon’s “Regenerate Assets” tool but no dice!

If I activate the cache the post grid box does not take the style set

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The same problem appears on one of my client’s sites with the “Woo Product Grid”

    Hi @webepc

    I hope you are fine.

I have checked your shared link, and it seems the styles are applied here, so, I am not sure the issue that you are facing here, please check here, https://d.pr/v/bCJw5u Is the LightSpeed plugin disabled now?
Well, I also checked on my side with the latest version of WordPress and Essential Addons plugin with the lightspeed caching plugin, but, could not replicate the issue.
However, if you are facing the issue from the lightspeed caching plugin, then you can exclude specific page URL from the lightspeed plugin, check the screencast, https://d.pr/v/ZWPTAd

Or, if you want you can exclude CSS files of Essential Addons from the lightspeed cache plugin.
Here is the CSS file path,
    /wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/(*).css

Let me know how its going.

    Thanks

    Look 🙁 :

    For woo porduct grid look:
    https://gruppoimballaggifrancesca.it/pluriball/
It seems that the generated css does not have the correct height:

    <ul class="products" data-layout-mode="masonry" style="position: relative; height: 223.646px;">

For the “woo porduct grid” it is the “Masonry” setting that causes the problem

    Hi @webepc

As, I earlier said, the issue that you are talking about is not appearing on my side, I have checked both link, please check here, https://d.pr/v/jbjjIV

I have checked on my website both post grid and woo product grid with masonry layout, with lightspeed caches, but could not replicate the issue, check here, https://d.pr/v/HFQurE

Please check those pages on a different browser or incognito mode, and exclude CSS from the lightspeed cache plugin, as per mentioned process, that I shared earlier.

    Thanks

    Hi @webepc

    I hope you are fine.

Could you please check the element caching option from the Elementor? If the caching is as active or default the make it inactive and save it, check the screencast here, https://d.pr/W8CVVz
Also, please use these two widgets in another page for test purpose and check the scenario.

    Let me know the status.

    Thanks

    This is the strangest thing!

I tried Firefox today by first deleting EVERYTHING (cache, images, history, etc).Initially aesthetically it seems to load correctly but without images….

After a while it’s like it discards, looks bad and doesn’t load images.

It is definitely something about caching because if I turn it off it works correctly.

Elementor’s element caching feature is disabled

    Hi @webepc

    I hope you are fine.

I have discussed the scenario with our team, also we have checked your shared link with couple of different IP addresses, but, we dont see the issue the issue on your site that you are talking about. Again, you are also talking about this is a caching issue, and we dont have any compatibility issue the lightspeed cache plugin.
Please check your server side caching, also as I said, earlier use those widgets in a test page and share the link.

    Thanks

I did further testing and also asked the hosting service.

I found that the problem seems to be “regional” i.e., I and the hosting service are in Italy.
A colleague who is in Spain ditto

I tried pausing Cloudflare and indeed the problem disappears!
