    Hello,

A few weeks ago, our sticky post appeared first in the post grid, as it should, but now it’s not first post anymore and seems to follow the classic date order. I noticed that a new feature “ignore sticky post” appeared and was on by default, so i turned it off and the post came back but still in classic order position. I need it first in the grid, without changing its date, like before. How to I achieve this ?

By the way, I’m still experiencing CSS problems with the plugin. Anytime I update a page containing PostX item or create a new PostX item, the CSS is just NOT UPDATED and so every PostX item is broken. I already tried to contact you in the past about this, and you suggested me to install the plugin (of course it was installed lol). I tried deleting it, installing it again, don’t work. Everything happens like wordpress is unable to add or modify any CSS rule of ultp.
Of course, everything goes wrong if I just edit & publish a page without even touching the postX blocks since they seem to change randomly their ID in the html (like ultp-block-88cdad to ultp-block-6dbd1a) all of a sudden, but as the css don’t update, it’s all broken again.

Please, if you could help me… We are about to give up this plugin, which is a shame, this site is for the french presidency.

    Thank you,
    dr13pgcoc

    Hello @dr13pgcoc ,
Thank you for reaching us. I think this is because of your query setting. Please go to Block setting-> Query-> Order by-> Post in. This is the setting: Image. It will show post the order you put exactly.

Are you using any caching plugin? If so, You should try to purge all the caches from your caching plugin and also minify CSS from your caching plugin.

Hopefully, that will solve your issue. Let me know if that helps.
