Post >> Visual / Code option gone

    when I go to post a new blog or page, the option to toggle between visual and code no longer exists. It opens with just code and doesn’t show the option to go back to visual. In fact it doesn’t even show code. Just the box to type it in.

    I’ve already gone to the user profile and made sure the ‘Use the visual editor when writing’ box is checked

    So how to I get those back? Anyone with any suggestions?

    Me, too! Happened yesterday.
    Same thing no visual / code tabs – code only in window.
    No “Options / Writing” Visual Editing Choices.

    TinyMCE not loading?

    One change I made prior to this was to configure a subdomain:

    TractionControl.well-regulatedmilitia.org

    instead of

    well-regulatedmilitia.org/TractionControl

    Appears to be Firefox-related in my case. When I use IE, it works fine, but when I use Firefox, I have the “Visual” and “Code” tabs, but nothing shows up below them. This just started happening when I upgraded to 2.1.2.
