Post Hero Reframe

Hello all, apologies if asking something obvious but relatively new to GenerateBlocks and can’t work it out….

I’m using a post hero element at the top of my pages, which includes a title and featured image. On desktop it looks great, but on mobile it’s focusing on the very top of the picture, which is causing some weird results. Is there any way I can either get it to zoom out on mobile, or not use a featured image for mobile?
