We have the exact same problem here (as in the above image). We’re using WP 3.8.3, Theme Twenty Fourteen and ALL other plugins disabled. Any ideas?

I’ll check with the others if we still need a plugin like this. If so, I’ll be more than happy to get back to you with additional information.
FYI, we had some issues with other plugins, that were solved by allowing short tags in php.ini (i.e. ‘<?’ vs ‘<?php’). Not all hosting providers allow short tags anymore.
Not sure if this was the problem we had with your plugin though, since it was a few months ago we tested it.
