Post layout

This is probably a dumb question and the answer is probably right in front of me, but how do I change how the post is laid out?

For example, on the news page on my site, http://www.blacklabelsociety.net/news/ the news that’s pulled in from the plugin is split into 2 columns. (the top 2 posts are stickies that I created) I’ve seen it setup where the image is in the upper left hand corner and all the text wraps around the bottom of the pic, and that’s what I’m trying to get here…
