“Post Message” link for contributors?

I’m setting up WordPress for use by a handful of contributors. It would be great to have a link (say, in each Category page) that would allow contributors to post a new message without going through all the admin stuff. I know there’s a “Comment” link that basically does this, so am assuming it’s not too hard to set one up that will create a whole new post.

Have searched a little and come up with nothing. Any suggestions?
