All the ideas have a pending status, i.e. they are not published. This is why they are not showing on the frontend.

If these ideas were created from the frontend, it means you need to change your board settings, please see the board setting “hold ideas” and set this to “no”.

To publish the ideas as shown on your screenshot. click on “Quick Edit” under the idea, and then change the status to “Published”.

It could have to do with how you are formatting the shortcode i.e. don’t apply formatting to the shortcode. Other people have raised similar requests in the past: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/nan-error-when-voting/
