post modification at main page

hi,

does anybody know if there is some plugin that make something like on this page:

with posts? i mean that first big “frame” where are three posts, big photos with headline and when viewer clicks to the headline he gets whole article. If you don’t know any plugin like that, do you know name of this? I dont know how to call it when im trying to google it.
