Unfortunately, your specific request is difficult to understand. As I understand it, you have drafted a post and only saved it, but not published it. The next day you wanted to publish it, but don’t see the button to do so. Is that correct so far?
We would now need a bit more information about what you have in front of you. Which WordPress version are you using? Which editor do you use to write the posts? And which theme are you using?
Ok, and what exactly are you trying to do?

My post is not getting published after writing. Publish option is not showing. Block edit option is not showing.
I have tried to recreate this, but I am still unsure what you have in mind.
You write that you are using Astra as a theme. What is “kendance”? Do you mean Kadence? That’s a different theme. Which one are you using now?

And also have a look at Tools > Site Health to see if there are any anomalies.
