    Hi there,

    We are using MemberPress on our site, and we want to know why the post is not loading when the TOC Plus is activated. Do you think it’s having a conflict? It was working well before so we really have no idea why it’s not working now.

    Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the issue you’re facing!

    I’m Prabhat from the All in One SEO team. We’ve recently adopted the Table of Content Plus plugin after the original owner indicated he no longer had the bandwidth to maintain it.

    I tested TOC+ with MemberPress active, but was unable to replicate the issue. Could you please confirm what exactly happens on your end when TOC+ is active? Do posts keep on loading or an error is shown?

    Could you please share some more details and a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue so I can start my investigation?

    You may use a tool like Snipboard (https://snipboard.io/) or Loom (https://www.loom.com/screen-recorder) to create & share the screenshots/screen recordings.

    Meanwhile, would you be able to use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/) to debug possible conflicts by following the steps below?

    1. Go to Plugins > Add New and install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and click on Troubleshoot below the Table of Content Plus plugin. This will temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors see.
    3. Check if you’re able to reproduce the problem.
    4. If not, activate your theme and check again.
    5. If you’re still unable to reproduce the issue, activate the plugins one by one and simultaneously check if the issue occurs.
    6. Once you’re done troubleshooting, deactivate and delete the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

    If the issue persists, please share the details requested above, and I’d be more than happy to investigate further.
