Post not showing in Posts Tab

I have notice when i login as admin and goto the post tab, i can not see any of my posts, now when i click on the Post Tab for about 1 or 2 second i can see the posts then they are gone.

Now the posts do show up on the main website, but i can not use the admin area to edit them direct, i have the same issue if i click on the pages tab too.

I am running WordPress version 6 PHP version 7.4.30 I using Newspaper theme version 11.5.1

This has been going on for a while now on wordpress and i have upgrade to the last version as you can see above and it still not resoleved, so need help why this is happening?
