• This same thing happened a few updates back.

    My post went live 3 hours ago, but no one has received the Post Notification emails yet. I have three different email accounts of my own set up to receive these, and none got it. Neither did a few other subscribers that I checked with. This is not an issue with them landing in SPAM. It’s an issue of the Post Notification emails not being sent, though the report in the plugin says they WERE sent 7 minutes after the post went live. But clearly they didn’t get sent.

    This Post Notifications feature used to work fine, but the recent flurry of updates seems to break things as much as fix others.

    Any ideas?

    I am experiencing the exact same scenario. Everything you describe is my exact situation. I’ve used this plugin for more than a year with no issues but it’s been really problematic over the last few months.

    Can you please check whether Test email is being sent out or not?

    You can send test email from Email subscribers > Settings > Email Sending

    Please check and let me know.

    I have your plugin installed on several sites, none of the emails are sent. The campaign is stored each time a Notification email is done, but non emails are sent/received.
    Could you see what’s going on ?

    Hi Patrick,

    Please check whether test email is being sent out from your WordPress setup or not.

    You can send test email from Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Sending.

    I have the exact issue as user @vancleave8888. I tried the “Send Test Email” and that worked, but still no email notification are sent to my subscribers. I checked the “Reports” tab, and it shows that the “Status” is “Sent”, but no one received the notifications. There’s a “Sent date”, but no “View Status” and “Viewed Dates” are all marked as “0000-00-00 00:00:00”. (Additionally, my subscribers checked their spam box/folder and there’s no notification there either).
