Post on different pages?

I want to have one set of posts on the home page, and a completely different set of posts on my blog page. Essentially I’d like there to be two ‘blogs’ on my site, but I cannot figure out how to do this with the plugin…can anyone help please?

I want to be able to do something like this guy….see how the home posts and the blog posts are totally different?
