Post order

    Is there a plugin that will let me display posts in a certain order? I want posts to show up by the categories I specify:

    Oranges
    Apples
    Watermelon

    regardless of the date I post, i.e., “Oranges” would stay on the top, even if if was posted three weeks ago and “Watermelon” was posted five minutes ago.
