If possible, please provide link to where this is and I will be happy to check this out.
Just to confirm, you set your blog style to be the “Left Featured Image”?

Thanks for help.

Well… it looks like I goofed up somewhere, even on the pro version this one blog style isn’t cooperating. So I will jump on this today and get this fixed. Once I upload the update, you should get notification to update your installed Emphasize theme.
Sorry about that…but thanks for pointing this out.
I just uploaded the updated version 1.2.7 for Emphasize. This will fix the blog style option “Left Featured Image” which apparently I did not have this properly styled (and coded). I am using columns where the left includes the featured image and the right contains the post summary (excerpt). This maintains the responsiveness of the theme, so in mobile view, the featured image will float above the post title.
NOTE: For the featured images, it won’t matter what size you have, they will adjust to fit the column (if the image is larger than the column width). Also, if you have a post without a featured image, the content summary will go 100% to fill the space where a featured image would have gone.
You should get notification in your dashboard of the update soon.
Excellent!
Thanks for the very quick and fantastic help!!!!!

still a little question:
How can I change the button “read more” in German?
You’re very welcome.
As for German, you would have to create a German translation file to do that. This theme has a .pot file that you can open up in a program such as PoEdit, and then you can make your translations from that. When saving, you save it in the language you want, in this case, German.
More info to get you started:

…however, the WordPress documentation is quite confusing and spread out, so you can also do a Google search for “translate wordpress theme”. One example:

To get back to the original topic, did the update work for your blog layout, and if so, is it safe to set this topic as “Resolved”?
Thank you very much for the information!!!
