    You have some javascript errors on your site they maybe causing issue.

    
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: UA
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: tinymce

    You may also have a bootstrap conflict try going to mDocs Dashboard > Options > Settings > Disable Thrid Party Includes > Bootstrap – Frontend
