Post pages never stop loading

    I have looked into this a little and as far as i can see it is an issue with the Theme because if i revert back to a previous version eg twenty eleven it fixes it.

    When i look in the browser console there seems to be an issue with cross html requests however as i haven’t programmed any of this i can work out what exactly the site is trying to do. there is no need for any cross domain data transfer except for the google adsense adverts. Even when i disable them i still get this permanent loading issue.

    The Browser console shows the following;
    Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user’s experience. For more help, check http://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/.

    What is it that is trying to do the synchronous request??

    You will see the home page is fine. I have used a shortened link because i don’t want google to show this in any searches for my domain name http://bit.ly/1X44Usp – home which loads fine
    http://bit.ly/1Lu87xz – post which wont stop loading (same for all posts)

    PLEASE HELP – I hate wordpress but I’ve got really lazy!

    What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

    Its a WordPress standard theme twenty fourteen….. I downloaded the source files from wordpress.com! !

    Ok so i just disabled my google adsense plugin and the page finishes loading no problem. Re activate it and the problem is back again. Any one have the same issue or know how to fix it?

    I have done some more testing and it is 100% the google adsense causing it. It only happens in google chrome and firefox. Chromodo, dragon, internet explorer and safari work fine. The adverts are displayed and the page finishes loading nice and quickly. In firefox and chrome the adverts dont load and the page never finishes loading. The favicon is just a loading spinner going forever.

    There doesnt seem to be any specific forums about this anywhere. Its really annoying because im only bloody doing this to earn a little extra and most of the small amount of traffic i have had is from chrome and thats not showing adverts!! Any body got a better understanding of what is going on here than me?

    Ok so it appears it is just my laptop…. after testing on my PC it loads fine and the adverts show. I have cleared my cache so im now thinking there must be something on my laptop causing it. Im going to uninstall chrome and firefox and then reinstall them see if that fixes it….. still updating because im sure someone else will run into this.
