Post Paragraph over header image

    Hi Support,

    I’m looking at maybe moving to Hestia Pro from the current theme on my site.

    I have been trialing the free version on a copy of my site and cannot work out how to add text on a post into the header image.

    On a page that is browsed to from a category filter in the menu the Category Name and Category description are both displayed within the header image with a list of the posts then displayed within the white content background.

    Within a post the only text that displays within the featured image is a the Page Title, Author and date. Is there any way of adding a summary/intro paragraph of text here also?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for trying Hestia. Putting content on the image in the header is not something that comes out of the box with the theme and would require to edit the PHP code, hook the function, and add content there.

    Neve PRO version has custom layouts that could help you achieve similar behavior if you consider upgrading to a PRO version here is an article about it: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1256-custom-layouts-in-hestia-pro
