• Any time I try to preview a post wordpress redirects to my home page with the following code “?/blog”

I have checked all my redirects. I have searched extensively online. I have tried multiple browsers, multiple machines, cleaned up my wordpress database. I don’t know what else to do or where else to look. I am trying the preview link directly, even copying and pasting it into a new windoe, https://www.fixfamilycourts.com/?p=11809&preview=true. I get the same results every time.

I want to use divi builder to enhance my posts which requires preview to function. I recently redesigned my site using it and I have used post preview successfully after redesigning my site. This is new behavior.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

to rule out any plugin/theme conflict, try:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

With the amazing success of wordpress, surely you realize that we are running revenue generating production websites on wordpress. Your first and default solution is to shut off our revenue generator and piss off our paying customers!

@ronbpalmer, We can’t fix the problem for you. Support here is provided to guide you. Deactivating plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme is the easiest way to find out the underlying problem – and if you install the Health Check plugin you can do that without affecting your users.

If you’re unable to carry out basic troubleshooting, you should consider hiring someone to look into this for you. Please do not accept any offers posting on the forums and instead use your preferred search engine to find job boards, https://jobs.wordpress.net/ and https://jetpack.com/pro/ are a couple.

Andrew Nevins, I have 25 years of IT engineering, management, and consulting experience. CIOs read my books. I can fix the freaking technical problems as obviously any teenager who hasn’t figured out how to speak to other humans can if they spend enough time doing the research. I spent the last 18 years trying to teach technical people how to communicate to other human beings and I am just frustrated at the colossal waste of my time trying to accomplish the impossible. I did NOT ask you to fix my problem for me and your deep technical expertise on a single narrow technology does NOT entitle you to arrogance in your responses.

I worked Premier Support for Microsoft and my point is that this is the typical BS Microsoft answer, reboot. That answer earned Microsoft a reputation, one would think that others would not want to emulate. Every fool knows to reboot and every fool who has ever worked with wordpress knows the standard BS answer to wordpress problems.

Andrew Nevins, if you are unable to engage in basic human conversation, I suggest you buy a computer that can do a better job.
