Post purchase activation issues

I don’t know how this plugin works, but I purchased it about nine hours ago and still can not activate the Pro version. I tried to contact support by email and page chat, but I received no answer. It seems like receiving payments is very efficient, but activating is not.
You should warn that nobody is there to help people on the other side of the world, that you have no investment in automating processes, and that there is a gap between payments and activations, if any.
