Post range and slider HTML not displaying

    I am using the latest version of the plugin, 2.4.2, and cannot get the Grid of Posts filtering section to display as seen in screenshot-2. This is preventing me from being able to order any posts from 21 and above.

    When I view the HTML, the p#range-text and div#slider-range elements are both set to display: none. Also, div#slider-range does not contain any internal HTML. I have also confirmed that there are no JS errors displaying in the console.

    What could be causing this section to not render in version 2.4.2?
