Post SMTP causes critical error

System sends e-mails ,without issues.
But when i click to “Email log” i see a “critical error” message… I can’t access to e-mail logs… Additionally when i try to send messages via contact form, same error message appears.. In the “Send a Test Email” section, i also get this error:
