    We have been getting these errors lately:
    Post SMTP email error
    You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
    For the domain: https://www.farmtocafeteriacanada.ca
    The log to paste when you open a support issue:
    Bad Request(invalid_grant)

    However, we use the Google API as our sending method so I don’t think this is a problem but we’d like to fix whatever is going on with our Post SMTP so we don’t get these error message. Is that something you can help us with? Thanks.

    Hope you are doing good. Thanks for reaching out to our support. It seems like the Gmail API needs to be configured correctly.

    Can you follow the steps provided in the following doc to reconfigure it and let us know if it helps;

    Thanks for your response!

    Right now our Post SMTP plugin is saying that it’s configured but we’re still getting warnings.

    I have refigured the Post SMTP through the Wizard but when I “Grant Permission with Google”, I get this error and I don’t know how to fix this:

    Access blocked: This app’s request is invalid

    You can’t sign in because this app sent an invalid request. You can try again later, or contact the developer about this issue. Learn more about this error

    Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch

    Hi @simple2,

    Following might be the solution in your case.

    1. If you chose the external type on the OAuth consent screen without publishing the app.
    2. Your authorized JavaScript origins and authorized redirect URIs were entered incorrectly when you created the OAuth client ID.
