I have a woocommerce site that is using Post SMTP plugin. When a customer places a order the email confirmations for the customer is sent but the order confirmation that I would receive to let me know a order was placed isn’t working. The error code is “Request failed; Mailbox unavailable”. I know this error doesn’t tell much but I can’t understand why the customer email is being sent but not the site owner confirmation email telling the owner that the order was placed by the customer.

    Hi @mark46

    Hope you are doing good.

Let me know which mailing socket you are using with post SMTP.

Share the Diagnostic test report of Post SMTP.

    Thanks

It is port 587 now, I tried port25 because I read somewhere about the port 25. However it is set back to 587. It’s not letting me post the diagnostic test for some reason in the WYSIWYG.

For the Diagnostic report try to put it into Notepad and share it via we transfer link here and mailing socket I mean which mailing service are you using with Post SMTP? like Gmail, Office 365 or server email etc.

    Thanks
