Please check your consule for errors. This can be the reason for tooltip not showing
@cm Plugins is there a specific error I should be looking for? Sorry I keep asking, I am not really sure how to go about that…
Any errors in the console can kill the tooltip JS. If you can send a link I can look into it

Can you please look into your server information tab in the plugin settings and check if you see any error message
its not showing any error
In the settings there is a box you can check if you want the word highlighted on first incident. May want to check your settings
@nancy51, I checked all that…now to top it all with the new upgrade I lost my term page as well. i know you are having that same issue….

@vermiinette we’ve to figure out what was the problem with the missing glossary index page.
The problem with terms not being highlightned is solved too – it was caused by the qTranslate plugin (it adds it’s metainformtion to the titles and content of the posts). Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the language of the tooltips at the moment, but we will try to figure it out in our future releases.
