    It seems that , the src attribute in the img tag is mission. what the code you used to show thumbnail.
    To show post thumbnail wp has it’s own function.

    hello,
    thank you very much for your answer. this is a great hint. maybe src is empty. but where can i find the file with the missing code? i googeled a bit and found out that i must implement something like this: <img src=”$imageUrl” > Do you also think this could work? please can you help me and indicate to me the file (e.g. index.php, loop-blog.php) where i can fix this. thank you very much in advance and best regards ruth
