Post Thumbnail Stopped Working

    The variable %EMAIL_THUMBNAIL% seems to have stopped working (or has been deprecated) in recent days. Any ideas on how to get the featured image thumbnail to show up in emails? The link I added shows a screenshot of the variable showing up as text instead of the actual image. All the other variables are working.
