    The style declarations of the theme are always set. As you can read in Other Notes you can set your own styles with CSS for everything in the list, even for post titles, either in the file ‘style.css’ of the theme or in a Custom CSS plugin:

    All post titles in the list:

    .rpwwt-widget ul li a span.rpwwt-post-title

    If you checked “Hide current post” and it is still displayed it is very likely that a cache is working in your WP installation or in your browser. Please empty the caches and see the result.

    Yes, best to match the theme’s styling and adjust as necessary.
    As regards, the issue I’m having with not listing the current post, I don’t have any caching plugin installed and even after clearing my browser cache it’s still showing the current post.
