Post (Type) Block Generates View Post URL Incorrectly

    When using the Post (Type) block (or the Advanced Post block) the links to view the posts appear fine in the Gutenberg editor, but on the live page are rendered like this: https://domain.com/”https://domain.com/blog/post”

    This results in a 404.

    Troubleshooting steps I have tried:
    -Save permalinks
    -Change permalink structure and save
    -Disable all other plugins then clear caches and transients
    -Attempted using other blocks to display posts—some of them (Gutentor and non-Gutentor) resulted in correct links
