Post Type Calendar

    Hi there, I created a custom post type, and see that the post types don’t appear on the main calendar. I do see a link for calendar under the main post type heading, and the link says cal_myposttype, however, the calendar is still the main post calendar. Is there 1) any way to merge the calendars (preferred, as the slideshows go into the main flow of posts), or 2) a way to have a calendar just for my custom post type?

    Thanks for using the Editorial Calendar.

    The default behavior of the calendar is to create a separate calendar for each post type. We debated this back and forth, but most of our users create custom post types for the purpose of separating them.

    If you’re feeling codish it’s possible to change the calendar to show all of the post types in a single view. There was a thread on our mailing list about it here:
