Post Type name issue

According to https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/functions/register_post_type/#reserved-post-types yes, it’s a reserved name.

I am curious if you could get around it with anything but “action” for the slug, and then for your urls/rewrite slug have it be “action” but I haven’t tried that before, so I can’t say how detrimental that may be to the function of the site.
