I am having a similar issue. I set the Category to a special sidebar. The category page receives the special sidebar but the post in that category still use the default sidebar.
Any suggestion?
You have to custom code it for that specific category.
Posts can have multiple categories & tags. There isn’t anyway to do that from within the plugin that doesn’t involve building a complex priority system to determine which category/tag has the highest priority per post.
Hi Ron, Thanks for the suggestion. Is there a way to have the home page assigned to one of my special sidebars. That way I can keep my posts (articles) the default sidebar? All the post can keep the same sidebar but the Home Page is really the unique one. The theme that I am using is Studio Press’s NEWS Theme.
