[post_update_author] not working | ww.wp.xz.cn

When using [post_update_author] for emailing users a notification that a article or post has been updated, the shortcode displays the author that updated the article PRIOR. So it’s showing the name of the author that updated the article the previous time, not the most recent update author.

Thanks for your message.

What you’re seeing is correct and by design. If you want to receive information about the most recent user, you can use one of the other user shortcodes instead.

He @voltronik , it seems that all the shortcodes display the last editing user instead of most recent. If I log in, updated a post, all of the user shortcodes point and display the editor previous to me editing the post.
