One rate for country

    Hi.

    Is there a way to indicate the cost of shipping a product to the whole country, at once? If I have not misunderstood the configuration of the plugin, I see that it would have to indicate, one by one, that rate with shipping cost for all the postal codes of a country, and this is crazy.
