Which version of Events Manager are you using?
Hello,
I am using the latest stable version 5.6.4
Is the problem with saving the event / location or with entering the address into the map and viewing the correct address?
When I save this postcode or ZIP (exactly this text below)
C.P. 01210 México D.F.
it gives the following error and will not save the Events > Locations > MY LOCATION IN MEXICO.
“Your location details are incorrect and cannot be published, please correct these errors first:
Something went wrong updating your location to the index table. Please inform a site administrator about this.”
Sounds like there’s something wrong with your database. Is this a new install of Events Manager?
No this is not a new install. Is there something I can do?
Have you tried to use that Zip code?
Hi there,
I just tried it in a different site and it does the same thing. I don’t think it is accepting alpha or special characters that is the issue.
I’m not sure what the problem is because I’m able to use that postcode as you’ve posted it (it’s coming up with an address on Hid Zitoon Hapas).
Are you able to use different postcodes that follow the same format?
