    etc
    Total order weight: <0>
    Order subtotal: <18.95>
    Shipping destination: <UK, BS6 7AN>

    4. I expect to see
    Shipping: £3.95
    — Express Shipping: N/A

    5. I do see instead:
    — Regular Shipping: There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.
