    Hello,

I’m trying to get my (admin) posting ip in the wp database, just like with the commenters ip.
So do i have to make a new database and how can i change my script?

So, i am NOT talking about the commenter IP, but about the poster (admin) IP. I need it because i’m buidling a travel site, and you can see with the post from wich country it’s posted.

I know there is a plugin for it, but then its manueley and i just like it to be automatic. So with the ip i think it’s the best solution.

    Thanks

No that’s not it, with “post-country” You have to manueley but tag lines in, it’s my second option to use this. I want to know a way to store my (admin) ip adress in a wp database!

That would require creating a plugin or altering the WordPress code. Unfortunately, it isn’t something that we can just tell you in a few lines of code.

Ok i was afraid for this answer, but i will try it. When all things fail, i go to plan B (post-country and customize it to my own needs).

    Thanks for the responses
